• Product must not be expired or nearing expiration

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure you:

• Contact our support team within the 7-day window
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
• Customized or personalized herbal formulations
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval:

• Product must pass quality inspection upon return
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Product exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Defective or damaged product received
• Manufacturing defects or quality issues

For damaged parcel claims, customers must provide:

• Unboxing video showing the damaged condition
• Clear photos of the outer packaging and product
• Photos must show all sides of the damaged parcel
